What's the name of that website where they find the lowest prices on memory items? I need a 512mb or larger Compact Flash card.

I have successfully purchased items from www.buy.com. The prices were very good and included rebates and no shipping charge.

Also watch the Sunday paper, which has ads with terrific instant rebates and mail in rebates for Officemax, Officedepot, BestBuy etc. (No shipping charges)

Regards,

Jerry

I second that. If you are not in a hurry, keep an eye on buy.com and you will find some cards that are extremely cheap.

I bought my z2200 there but I am talking about... there are a couple of sites that price shop for you. That have been mentioned on this forum. I did a search and could not find the thread.

If you're looking for Smart Media Card for the PSR 3K, I just purchased a 128 meg card for $21 bucks from BananaPC with free shipping. Check it out here:

Go to pricewatch.com. Buy.com is one of the competiting sellers. At pricewatch.com you can find 128mb usb for $14 including shipping and 512mb for $38 including shipping.

And for our viewers in the UK....

I have used 7DayShop, eBuyer and Aria in the past and they are all very competitive; just keep a close eye on postage rates especially if you order multiple items that get shipped from different warehouses....

Links (although I'm not sure about eBuyer):

Thanks Ron Pierce

After scouring around and finding local retail prices from $34.95 to $59 for the 128 SM card, I ordered two from BananaPC.

Thanks for sharing the info.

Eddie,
Glad to help. I should have bought 2 when I ordered. I think I'll just leave the one in the keyboard. They're hard to get out.

I noticed in my post that the site address was not "clickable". I assume you had to cut and paste it in your browser. Anyone know what I should have done to have made it hypertext?

re hyperlink: all I did was cut and paste the address including the http: bit....

So lets experiment...

Paste direct from the IE6 address bar, including http:
http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/home/

Paste without the http:
www.ebuyer.com/customer/home/

So lets see what happens after I post this reply...
