Although I know I'm not much welcomed here anymore, I thought some might want to see these photos, because Bebop is involved.

Bebop invited me down to a gathering for the RV club he and his wife Jann belong to.

My wife Barb took 158 photos, here's some of them. We had a great time, raised some money for the club and jammed on some great tunes with Bebop and I exchanging some great licks and riffs.

Hey, and a good time was had by all. They could have found you guys a better bench to sit on. It looks like (especially for you, terry) you're having to reach up to the keyboard. I see you also have, in the blue shirt, a harp player there. Is he a SZ guy, too?

Don, I had a great time. Bebop should get back home today and he can answer for himself.

renig, It was a bit of a reach up. Bebop's stand I thought was a bit high and I guess non adjustable. I should have sat in my wheelchair which is higher and it would have been fine, but I was just doing a few tunes on Bebop's T2 when he took a break.

Tony,
Not at all paranoid. Anyway that wasn't the point. Bebop is a long standing liked guy here and I wanted to put them up for him.

He was great fun to jam with and he has some great chops. The T2 sounded great through his Kp200s and sure was plenty loud enough. It was a big hall with allot of people.

All seemed to have a great time and we raised quite a few bucks via donations in the "tip" jar to go into the club's fund.

The one singer gave Bebop and I a bit of a challenge as he very much liked to change keys in the middle of a verse.

The harp player actually blew pretty good harp. For whoever asked before, I do not believe wither of those fellas are SZ members.

Hey Terry,
Thanks for putting up the pics on this forum. I can see we were having a ball.
That was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed Terry and Barb's company. they are really neato people.
This Terry dude is one fine musician, with great chops. We tried to stump him a few times but he doesn't get stumped.
I was fortunate also that Terry has spent some time on this new Tyros and I haven't had the time so he gave me a half hour lesson on it and now I know how to do several things with it and won't have to study that darn manual
I look forward to having another jam session with you Terry, your house or mine or anywhere in between. It was a lot of fun and this was a great group to play for.
We did contribute the tip jar to the Food Program over there in Lodi and it had about 35.00 total.
Terry and Barb, thanks a lot for driving down to Lodi for our Jam sessionand all these interesting pictures.
Note that many of us are using the new Yamaha Arranger forum for our Tyros 2 Postings. Please join us there at:

Best to all

Terry & Bebop: Really nice looking photos. Looks like you guys had a terrific time. Any chance you might have captured some of the music you performed together onto the Tyros2's HD via the T2's convenient audio recorder? If so, it would be nice if you could post some MP3's of your music making jam session. - Scott

Sorry Scott,
No hard drive in this box. I did not know where the record button was until Terry gave me a half hour tutorial and we recorded about 10 bars just to try it out and saved it in the user memory.
So no music just pictures Oh darn, maybe next time we might get together in either Terry's or my studio and do some real keepers
Anyway it was a lot of fun and so is Terry. He is a neato dude in my books
Best to all

Great Pictures. Looks like a good time was had by all.
Terry,
I'm curious as to how you made thumbnail pics on the forum and then linked them to full size pics?
Thanks,
Larry

Thanks all for your comments.

Bebop I would love to get together in a controlled environment to lay down some track together.

It's a totally free image hosting service and once the photo is up it generates codes that you can insert into the body of text to accomplish this.

We will have to make that plan for some day Terry and get in the studio together and do some serious stuff.
