I have been gone for a while but I am back.

I am trying to save the Volume settings on my X1 on the outer screen (not the individual settings under Arrange View). I set the volumes to what I want and I save it as a style... I also tried saving as registration.

No matter what I do, as soon as I change styles (patterns) the settings go back to what they were when I bought the keyboard. The only thing that is getting saved is the BASS track.

My current settings are
Drum=52
Bass=40
Chords=55
ORChES=55
(dont worry about lowers they are zero)

I want my drums at 60.

I change all of them and save, the only that gets saved is the BASS!

I hit the registration that I save my volumes on, and it goes to what I want, but as soon as I change patterns, DRUMS goes back to 52.

I DONT WANT TO USE THE LOCK DRUMS, BASS, CHORDS....CAUSE IWANT VOLUMES TO CHANGE FROM ONE STYLE TO THE OTHER ON THE ARRANGE VIEW, BUT NOT NECESSARILY ON THE OUTTER (SCREEN) SECTIONS

Please help, I would like to fix this before my gig tonight.

Mosiqaar,

When you make changes to the styles settings etc, just the changes made in ARRANGER VIEW are saved and not the default screen values. Make your changes to your styles within ARRANGER VIEW and SAVE - disregard the default value when you call up new styles since the actual values you will be hearing are those you see in ARRANGER VIEW.

Well I understand what you are saying but the fact is when I select a style that has my DRUM track set to 63 in ARRANGE VIEW, and to 52 on the outer screen...and I move that slide up to 63 on the ourter screen using the DRUM buttons on the left, the DRUM sound does go up higher, and I want it to stay there, so rather than having to go lower all my other tracks, I would like to simply save my outer screen to different settings....there has to be a way to do so ....can u help?
