GeorgeActually FAT 32 can be up to 2TB (Terabyte) in size, however Windows XP will only allow formating in FAT 32 of 32Gb, but will read larger volumes. Tyros 2 is based on the old P3 technology so is limited to a maximun hard disk size of 120Gb. (You can fit larger disks but it will only format to 132Gb) Tyros 2 probably requires an unformated disk, (It will then format it to suit) if a file system is already installed it may have problems) Hope this helps. Hello DNJ Go to the manufacture of the case and download the driver for it, as it is probably an old design. BTW. What Operating System are you using? Alternatively remove the disc from the case and insert it in your laptop, which should then recognise it. (You will need to make a bootable CD with fdisk on it first, as when you swap the drive there will be no operating system on your laptop) BTW. When you reinsert the original disk in your laptop it will operate as normal. Another avenue is with the disk connected to your main computer, go to the Windows Update site and see if a driver is available there. (If there is, it will automatically show up after you select scan for updates) Hope this helps.
