Well this will truly show you how very little I know about classical music compositions and playing chops. You do get to hear some of the Tyros strings though.

The good news is, it's only about 3:00 to suffer through.

Good to hear those T2 sounds Terry... and the clarity/quality of the recording itself is so much better now you're going straight to the T2's hard disk.

Cheers,
Rich

Hi Terry,
The pre-classic orchestra sounds nice on the T2. I am sure in no time you'll learn a lot of about that kind of music. You can do nice arrangåments of Bach and Handel with T2.

But...
At first I'd suggest that you stick to the intruments of that epoch - Recorder, Flute, Oboe, Bassoon, Trumpet, English Horn, Strings, Church Organ and Chemballo (you maybe call it Clavesin or Harpsichord). There was a voice in the harmony fill of your sample that sounded quite unusual. It might be something like modified strings or voice or synth pad.

And, as I said in earlier threads, I don't find that styles are appropriate for that kind of music but that's just a personal opinion.

I hope you don't mind my constructive criticism. I highly appreciate every contribution of T2 sample because this keyboard is (and will be) unavailable here.
Best regards,
George V

Good job Terry! Sounds really good to me, but I don't have the factual knowledge that George has. When did George V live anyway?

Hello Tony,
I had been learning music for 13 years before I gave up and finally graduated a Civil Engineer.
I've been playing keyboards for nearly one year and during that time composed few pieces of music - mainly romantic piano pieces, some songs - which I would love to share with the members of this forum. That's a matter of time - I haven't built my own web site yet.

Terry, again many thanks for the demo. Now I know that the Tyros 2 is perfect for playing Bach and Handel. I wish my keyboard had that colorful Harpsichord.

Best regards,
George V

Hi,
I live in Bulgaria - a small (7 000 000 population) country in south-eastern Europe.
Regards,
