I got them from Buy.com for $39.99 after rebate. I think they really sound great with the PSR2100. I assume they are similar to the ones offered with Tyros.

Don,

I don't they are similar connection wise. I have a pair of the TRS-MS01's with the sub-woofer and they have a funky connector specific to the Tyros. The connector looks like an old Mouse Serial Cable and is mated to a 1/4 Phone jack. As a matter of fact, I wanted to use the MS01's to connect to another keyboard and NO CAN DO!!!

$39.99 is a great price, like DNJ asked, was the sub included?

Yes, the sub is included.
It has two mini-stereo inputs. You can run two devices at once if you want.
I have it hooked up from the RCA outputs on the 2100 to one of the inputs on the speakers. Sounds great. You could run a laptop or other device into the second input.
Both would come out stereo.

Hi Don,

I've been using Yamaha YST MS50 speakers for some time now. George Kaye put me on to them to use with the 9000PRO. Since then I've used them on the 2000 and am now using them with my Tyros. They put out amazing sound and are easy to carry. I put them in a nylon bag with all the cable hooked up. When I get to my gig I roll down the front of the bag, hook up the cables, and am good to go. If you'd like picture of the setup email me and it will be on it's way. I'm guessing the MF speakers are much the same as the MS model.

MF50 or MS50?
Is there a separate volume for each input?

Hey Lukitoh,
Did you every check these out? These were recommended to you a while back.

Yep, I got them for about a month already. In my little room, the power is way more than enough - plenty oomph from the sub and good highs. But in a good size living room with 20 people singing their hearts out and couple people playing hand percussions, it might be a bit underpowered for 80 watts. I should have bought the teenie brute amp offered by Don? - is it still for sale ?

I might have to reposition the speaker so I can still hear myself - maybe that's the trick. I have not really find out for sure if the problem is with the speaker position or what. I did hear complaints that the music is too loud. But it sounds great in my own little room though.

I already sent out for rebate and waiting for the check - bought them at buy.com

By the way, I bought a velcro to attach the two little speakers and cables plus a handle to the sub - (all at Home Depot). And I got myself a small 80 watts amps. All for under $10 ! The velcro is the most expensive part since the handle is only $2.

Is there a separate volume control for each of the two inputs? What about EQ?

There is only one volume adjustment on one of the little speakers.

Then there is another volume adjustment for the subwoofer.

Both controls the two inputs - also no eq.
