The summer NAMM show is never as big and as important for manufactures to show their stuff as the winter NAMM show. In fact, this year, many manufactures who have always been at NAMM decided not to attend. Roland showed a few new keyboards in the EXR3,5 and 7"s" series with mostly memory upgrades and a new middle eastern keybaord. Korg showed a couple of new 8 and 16 track recorders, with the small 8 track model coming in at a MAP price of $395.00! I wasn't at the NAMM show but I receive information from the manufactures with new products and prices. All in all, I hear it wasn't a very exciting show this year.
