Let me be the first to say a great big Happy Birthday to one of our best known contributors.
May you have many,many more.

Sorry about the disinformation Dave but I saw an Uncle Dave announcement on SVP World and wrongly assumed it was you!
Just shows how dangerous it can be to ASSUME things
But at least you have a few more weeks before you reach the corner

I think what may have happened is confusion of the British & American date convention: 1/3/2005 and 3/1/2005

Hi UD,

Just for your own edification when you queried your spelling of "fopah". It's actually a French term, "faux pas".

I can't help this sort of thing, I'm a proofreader by trade. (Come to that, I'm not even sure whether or not I should have capitalised 'French' in the previous paragraph.)

Wow .... this whole "global neighborhood" thingee is really starting to happen ! Ain't it great?
I KNEW I was spelling that word wrong, and the date thing makes sense too !
The world is shrinking fast my friends .... very fast. It's really exciting to think of how much infuence this tiny, group of musicians has on the future of the world!
