i'd say even more! e60 seems to have pretty much all the features of g70, except for harmonizer, slots for expansions and the colour screen! still a acceptable keyboard (i hope) and enough memory to fill it with alot of styles!

so, is more than only good for starters!
i think the keybed should be better that exr7, which was quite acceptable anyway.

Unfortunately the E-60 has only 64 notes of polyphony, only about 120 styles and no aftertouch.
As always, you get what you pay for... sad but true.

For now, only available in CK stores. Roland marketing department.

Rolands marketing department.

For that price I'd but a full blown Yamaha Clavinola for $7000 and get 88 keys and everything that is available in any aranger today.

OT, starkeeper, are you still interested in e60 after buying psr3000?

Hahaha. NO. . As soon as I sell my Roland EM20, I will be an official Synthzone Roland basher. I'm already a Roland marketing department basher.
Yamaha has PSR1500, PSR3000 and Tyros 2 dealers IN Toronto (A large metropolitain area) and Roland will market the E series in a hick town, 160 miles away from that center. Roland merketing has room for rent upstairs (in their heads).

I made a typo, but I think I'll leave it. Yamaha has a marketing department, Roland has a merketing department.
Their decisions are murky.

As Doctor Phil would say,"What were they thinking". I'm not going to travel 160 miles to demo a keyboard.

Does anyone know if the harmonizer will be available as an option/add-on?
