Tony: We all really have been wondering what happened to you. Really glad to see you back and to hear that you're well on the road to recovery. You came back just in time to hear the latest annoucent that Technics will be releasing the KN7000 in Autumn 2002 ! http://www.synthzone.com/ubbs/Forum25/HTML/000373.html It will be interesting to find out what new features will be implemented in the 7000, and if Technics will (hopefully) be INCLUDING the hard drive and hard drive management/backup software with the keyboard this time. If the hard drive isn't included, at least allow us the user to install an off the shelf hard drive, which is certainly gonna be MUCH cheaper than the highly inflated over-priced proprietory HD which must be used on the current KN6500/6000. I'm sure the KN7000 will be released (as usual) in your neck of the woods (the UK) well before it reaches the States, so we'll look forward to hearing your reports on it. A painting in the attic?! If only I had a Van Gogh or Picasso up there . . . then I could easily afford to purchase: a Wersi Abacus, Technics KN7000, Yamaha PSR10000, GEM Genesis, plus every other arranger keyboards available out there too. Oh well, it was at least fun to dream about that possibility anyway. Welcome back Tony, - Scott [This message has been edited by Scottyee (edited 02-04-2002).]
