Do you know of a good MIDI file sharing site or a
site with decent free SMF tunes?
Thanks

Also, you can join Midkar for free and receive files everyday. You can upload as well. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/midkar/

Many fine midi's are on the newsgroup, alt.binaries.sounds.midi

Fran... you are always welcome!

BB not sure what you are talking about

Was/am looking for some good/fair sounding free MIDI
files of cover songs but also was wondering
if there's a web site where you join and share files with other users like with MP3's

THANKS for the links and the info!

This is about the most extensive group of links for free midi sites I have come across:
http://www.psrtutorial.com/Help/help.html

Then again, if you do a google search using the title of the piece and add the word midi and possibly the word free you will also get a quite a listing.

Best

In looking at these links I noticed the typical lack for jazz or swing sites. Anybody have some good ones they know of?
