Hello to All,
I finally decided to go for a synt and not for a new arrangerkeyboard. I just will hook my G 800 to the synth.
I posted the question here as the other options would be on kurzweil or korg forum.
Allthough I did quite some research on both of them, are there any pro/contra's between both synths where you know off from experience or other sources?
I know these are both top of the line, and in Europe also pricewise are pretty well matching.
Overall I think that Kurzweil has better S/N
rates on the outputs????
Look forward to hear any comments...
Fred

What would you be using the Synth for?
Is making your own sounds really important?
How about the Kurzweil PC2X + Gigasampler

Elle, I make my own compositions, which answers your first two questions.
I thought about the giga sampler and found the discussion about it very interesting, but somehow over the last years I more and more get back to my external gear, where I feel much more comfortable and which gives me inspiration while playing.
Somehow this doesn't work with for me with software.
I do use thought the PC for recording and try out's once I have an idea.
