The small printed circuit board that houses the headphone jack was broken. I had the buyer open the board, and the screws had come out of the PC board and the board had actually snapped in half. The board is not very expensive, and easily replaced. Hopefully, DNJ's service outfit, Russo Music, can take care of the problem quickly, and inexpensively. Good Luck, Gary ------------------ Travlin' Easy

Not in the PSR-3000. That feature, if I recall correctly, is in the PSR-1500. Unfortunately, the instruction manual covers both keyboards, therefore it appears as both have this feature, when in reality it only applies to the 1500. Cheers, Gary ------------------ Travlin' Easy
