Then try again to connect to the AVG site and try downloading the file. Sometimes a Firewall will not allow access to certain sites and or files. See if that helps. If you don't have a Firewall make sure all your security settings in your Browser are set to "default". Also if you have an existing anti-virus program on your computer try 'disabling' it to see if that helps. PS: After you try to download the file again, whether succesfull or not, don't forget to re-enable your Firewall and Anti-Virus programs afterwards. Best regards, Mike

thanks mike,i tried to switch off firewall could not do it,tried to uninstal,won,t let me do that either. get message,a norton internet security account with supervisor access must be logged in to uninstall this product,so if i get a virus it looks like it will be good bye from me,lets keep my fingers crossed,and thanks to you all,mike
