Forgive me if this is not news, but I had not noticed it before: http://www.yamaha.com/yamahavgn/CDA/ContentDetail/ModelSeriesDetail/0,,CNTID%25253D546518%252526CTID%25253D205500%252526CNTYP%25253DPRODUCT,00.html
As of now there is just one (fairly long though) video demo and no audio demos. As expected it will be the board just below the PSR-1500 (until that is replaced of course), and will cost "considerably less" than $1,000. For what it is it looks good.

32 note poly is a little thin for a GA Keyboard. I was looking at it to put in the motorhome and just leave it there and leaving the TY2 in the studio but 32 note Bebop
Nice find Eric. On looking at the site, it would seem that the photos are there, but you need to log in to the forum to be able to view them. I've tried to register, but without any luck. Oh well, we should be just days away from the official announcement anyway - can't wait. Nice to see that the 900 will have the SA voices that we have been speculating on recently.

Donny, by harmony button, you must mean for the vocal harmony? If you mean for the keyboard programs, I didn't think they made arrangers without the harmony button for the instrument sounds!
If so, please explain what does it take to turn the harmony on with the Yamaha boards? Thanks again, Boo

Nice looking keyboard. Like the darker colour scheme, and hope that display can be positioned (like with Tyros 1 & 2). Now we just need to hear it in action and see some detailed specs. Hopefully we will get to listen to some demos from Frankfurt next week.

Agreed with the size of the buttons George, makes me wonder how they will perform in use - those multipad buttons look tiny in comparrison to the 3000!! Love the overall style of the board and I am glad they kept it the same as the S500 (which I've always liked).
