I may be way off here, but have you got any "low battery" warnings from the board? The 9000 should have an internal battery for backing up custom voices ect, and this battery retains them in memory even after powering down. Is it possible that your internal battery is failing (just a thought)

Hi: speedytone Once you have your custom voices on the hard drive you can have them auto load when powered on, but it will only auto load what was in the custom voices when it was powered off. Push function button, then utility, & under configuration make sure the Have data auto load is on, then push exit twice. On the main screen push the A button top left, then the G button 2nd. down from top right. That's it, should auto load when power on. It will only auto load what ever is in the custom voice section when you power off. I hope this helps. Still enjoying the 9000 Pro Denny
