I can only support the "you have been deeply unfortunate" opinion, not that thats any great help to you! I'm using 2 Yam keyboards, 1 expander, and an amp (purchased over the last 10 years) without a hitch.

Thanks to everyone who responded. It seems that my luck is just running lousy. I just want my Tyros and Psr2000 to work and if not at least to be able to have the technician get the parts in a timley manner. Why are the parts not readily available in the U.S.A so repairs can be made quickly?I did a job last night with the borrowed Tyros ( with the bad trim switch ) and had nothing but praise for the sound and quaility. It's a shame that we buyers in the U.S. seem to be treated like second class citizens. Thanks to all. Bob
