I'm taking my first cruise at the end of Oct, traveling to Oco Rios and George Town. I'm going with a party of eight family members and friends (11-57). We'd like to see a few sights and enjoy the locale safely. Has anyone been there? Any ideas, suggestions, locales, tips?

Tony Rome, are you out there? We're not getting to Cozumel, but do you have friends nearby?

The best part of a cruise..is the ship...Everything I wanted to do..is on the ship..the destinations were second to the cruise itself..

Entertainment is always excellent..If you have an opportunity..mingle with the performers..I found it to be a great experience..I also got a chance to perform on stage[as a customer], and also played piano at rehearsals for talent contestants..

Hey Cassp.....Sorry you won't be able to make it here...my loss....if you are going to leave the ship in Jamaica, please listen and pay attention to what the cruise director has to say and stay close to everyone else....just for precaution... sorry I won't get a chance to meet you. As Fran said, try to sit in with the bands on board, most of them are pretty good...enjoy and give us a report when you get back...
