Once in a while you have to play a job that has a particular theme, some of which require certain types of attire. For example, pool parties and cookouts, which are a very relaxed atmosphere, would mandate a Hawaiian shirt, slacks, etc. Then there's the country/western theme, which Eddie "Btweengigs" Shoemaker played Saturday night in south Florida. Eddie dressed appropriately for the event, which was a big hit. Ride em' cowboy! Gary

Nice job, Mike. Quite a surprise. What I really like is: the pic makes all three of us look to be the same height. In reality we go from 5'6" to 6'5". Tony, I think you are right about wearing that shirt at one of Shaboom's gigs. But, I don't have a Fat Bastard outfit. Tom, in the words of the Smother's Brothers: "Get yourself an outfit and you can be a cowboy to." Glenn, as you know, I take requests. But, if you make it down my way this year, don't expect me to wear the shirt....even if you request. Sheriff, I am afraid it did not smell like roses by the time the gig was over. It is a pretty heavy, long sleeve shirt...and this is Florida in May. Day time temps are already hitting 90F. Donny, it has taken me 5 months to get the 3K ready to go. FINALLY (with the help of Mr Wizard) I have my registrations where I want them and I am getting very comfortable with the conversion from the 2K. As for the Bose PAS.... AHHHHHH! I am loving it. My audiences seem to love it. Management at the places I play like it for a couple of reasons: it not only sounds great, but takes up a lot less space than conventional systems on tripods...plus no amplifiers or monitors necessary. Eddie
