Paul I thank you for all your help but a small correction for the record, I AM AUTORISED BY MV CATANIA the Place where I bought the keyboard from to repair the General Music keyboards.

And I have brought forward the Matter to MV which they sent my complaint to the Mother Firm.

So as you see I didn't just do it,
I am Autorised to do it,
as I said earlier I fix all the General Music keyboards in Malta.

Regards
Tony.

Tony, Lets talk about this in a less public forum. For the record, all repairs and modifications need to be authorized by Generalmusic to maintain the factory warranty (at least here in the US) even if you are an authorized repair center. Honestly, I am unfamiliar with the policy of trade in your country, but I suspect they are similar to the states. Give me a couple of days to recoup from an incredible NAMM show, and then we will figure out what we can do to help you on your way towards being a happy customer.

Hi Folks

I am in the United Kingdom and always log onto this web site. I have watched the this and Ziggys first posting very closely and would like to thank him for bringing it to everyones attention. It is a valued point raised and with Pauls involvement and connections with Generalmusic im sure a learning curve for the company.

All companies have quality of service issues and its good to be open and honest about them. I do feel now that we are just getting a little bit silly now and in my opinion this should be the last posting here and this discussion be brought to a close.

I have had issues with Generalmusic and have posted them here. I hope that Generalmusic can use this as an important training issue in the future and i hope that Ziggy gets his problem sorted and the next discussion posted reflects that either fron Generalmusic or Ziggy.

Here in the UK we dont even have anyone like Paul who takes a keen interest. However i would suggest any users logging onto this site www.gem-club.com its run by a good friend of mine and covers all gem products. If you become a member you can access all the software to download free.

Worth a look, also service manuals etc are there to download.

Regards

Dazza
