Hi Folks
I am in the United Kingdom and always log onto this web site. I have watched the this and Ziggys first posting very closely and would like to thank him for bringing it to everyones attention. It is a valued point raised and with Pauls involvement and connections with Generalmusic im sure a learning curve for the company.
All companies have quality of service issues and its good to be open and honest about them. I do feel now that we are just getting a little bit silly now and in my opinion this should be the last posting here and this discussion be brought to a close.
I have had issues with Generalmusic and have posted them here. I hope that Generalmusic can use this as an important training issue in the future and i hope that Ziggy gets his problem sorted and the next discussion posted reflects that either fron Generalmusic or Ziggy.
Here in the UK we dont even have anyone like Paul who takes a keen interest. However i would suggest any users logging onto this site
www.gem-club.com its run by a good friend of mine and covers all gem products. If you become a member you can access all the software to download free.
Worth a look, also service manuals etc are there to download.
