I assume these two keyboards are exactly the same with the exception that the DG100 from the description appears to have a new Stereo Grand. Does anyone know if it sounds better than the one on the SD-1? For as good as the SD-1 seems to be, I couldn't believe hearing the demo how bad the piano is. It seems to have to hard of an attack.

Does anyone know if the sound disks in the future will feature the DG100 or another better piano for the SD-1? Or did these demos not utilize the "stereo grand" that SD-1 boasts having?

DanO1, I'm in beautiful downtown Indianapolis.

My confusion comes from the two keyboards' specs.

SD-1: "310 Presets, 350 GM Voices. 128 User Voices"

DG100: "310 Presets. Stereo Grand Piano. 350 GM Voices.128 User Voices"

Anyone else agree with me that the piano sound on the online demos is not as good as it appears to say it is? The demo of "Fantaisie Impromptu (Chopin)" is all piano. I assume they are using this "stereo grand" for that demo, but to me it doesn't sound as smooth as my Yamaha P120S--a bit choppy and heavy in attack.
