Fran, You forgot to say "YO, Baby! What's up? What's going on dog?" This may be something for folks that do not have the mechanical skills to construct a laptop platform similar to Donny's, Dave's or mine, all of which are different. I finally found the weight. It's 13.6 pounds, which is relatively light. Diki, there is an attachable stand available, but attaching the device leaves something to be desired when it comes to stability. The Z-730 weighs about 10 pounds, and it can support up to 90 pounds.
