Donny, congrats on the G-70. From all I've heard, I'm very anxious to try one out myelf. Yours is not the first reference to the G70 being more "in your face" or "live-sounding" compared with the Tyros. The same has been said of the Ketrons.

How then, would you compare the G70 sounds, patterns and drums, with those of the SD1/Midjay? Looking forward to hearing your G70 sometime soon. Have fun.

honestly the minute I played & heard my first style I thought of the SD-1 in your face live sound.....it made me smile
I will surly give you more opinions as I progress after I start gigging with it next week on stage.

It's all cool, Donny - I was just joshing ya. It's a great song, one of the all-time classics and I knew it'd be on your list.

My board is still my old trusty i30 which I've come to know and love but hang on to for mainly financial reasons. Have fun with that G70!
