My profile says 11/17/1999, but I was on the old BBS as well. And I do remember Rashid. When the old BBS was changed to it's common layout, you had to re-register, so I guess the profile date is the date you re-registered. I think I was on the old one around 1997. I got here thru the homepage of Chris Hansen as a G 800 user. Fred

In my profile it says 22 Aug 2004, but those were the days of the crash, I don't exactly remember whaen i Joined, it must be around Feb 2004 or maybe late 2003. I lurked for some months before joining. Checking almost every day since.
I also remember seeing the forum many years ago, when it was presented like this:
* What is your opinion in xyz??? re: what is your opinion blah blah re: what is your opinion on blah blah blah
It seemed too "PRO" for me then and it seemed too cluttered, so I shied away. Not that it isn't PRO now, I just liked this layout better and I felt more confident to join. Hope it lasts, although I didn't yet have the opportunity to speak with members on Skype, I have exchanged some brief emails with 1-2 memebers, and I feel that it is one of the best forums on the internet. Thanks to all for lettting me learn throu your posts, and Nigel especially for making this happen. Theodore
