Some may remember, I had Trouble with the original Logitech Z5500 system, and logitech replaced it with a new one (very quickly and with appology's, and no questions service) the replacement did'nt have as much volume output as the old and caused me to raise the the main eq on the board which caused the onboards to run to loud, and I had to run boost 2 here in the studio, I decided to ask their tech if there was something I could do to balance this out, His answer was NO, not to his knowledge, but he thought the unit was defective, and a new one was on the way, and I replied this is the third one, you guys are sure great in taking care of me, He replied Mr.Pose its guaranteed for 2 years and we'll keep sending them until we get it right! You got to love these guys, this is unheard of in these days and times. I'm hooked on dealing with this company, and really commend there business policies.
I just hope they don't go broke. (3 Z5500 units for $278.00 from me) dosn't sound like they'r making much profit?
