That looks like a very practical and cheap solution.And while it looks a little bulky it really doesn't obscure the performer much at all, certainly less than a music stand. And not being able to read a display in sunlight is a very real problem at a gig.

I have one of these and it can be difficult to see when the sun shines through my windows. I close the curtains but wondered if this attachment would solve the problem. I'm going to see if it will also work on my MPP. I'll post how it works on the MPP.
