I have now switched to Bose PAS and like it a lot. I still have the Barbettas, but haven't used them except when I need PA systems at two locations at the same time.
I've used the Bose for groups as small as 20 and as large as 400 with outstanding results.
The Logitechs have been relegated to computer sound systems.

I use a pair of Barbetta Sona 41c. A little heavy but great sound

I use an Behringer Eurorack MX 602A six-channel mixer connected to an MPA-200 100 watt stereo PA amp (brand name...don't laugh...Radio Shack). Actually, it's a reasonably good amp which I bought "barely used" for a very good price. For speakers, I use a combination of two Jensen JP1300 PowerStation speaker cabs and the Yamaha YST-MS50 (to improve the highs and reinforce the lows). I previously used this setup with a PSR550 to play at home and for a medium-sized church. Now I've graduated to a Tyros 2, but have yet to play any venues. No doubt my sound reinforcement system can stand some improving. That will come in time...certainly, before my gig at Carnegie Hall!

Mackie SRM450 tops and bass here running through a Yamaha Promix automated mixing desk. Also use a Lexicon reverb/delay unit for when I accompany singers along with a Sennheiser radio mic.
I used to have Electro Voice SX500 tops and the bass bins but they were far too heavy to carry for one person and needed a separate amp to power them all, the Mackies are far smaller but still pack a punch for vocals and keyboards, great stuff.

I use 2, one is my own another is not.
My Own:
-2 Peavey PV115 15" (OK)
-Behringer 14 Ch(UB1832FX-Pro)(Little Noisy)
-QSC-850(Excelent, but still its 850Watts wchich gives out 200 watts per side @ 8 Ohms, but my speakers handle 400)
-Behringer GEQ3102 2-31 EQ(Good)
-Nady Mics(cheap)

Not Mine:
-Mackie 16-ch Vlz(Exelent)
-2 Carvin 3-ways 15"(one damaged, sometimes high Freqs get lost)
-SoundTech PL500(not good)
-SM58's(you know...)

Wish I had RAMSA Subs and Speakers (the old style ones)

It doesn't get much simpler than a pair of Yamaha MS60S powered monitors, with two stands made from old keyboard X stands.
Perfect for what I do....restaurant music.
Light, reasonably loud, and absolutely wonderful rich full sound.
