Boo, fire up the computer, go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Find Real Player in the list and uninstall it. When you get to the part that says "do you want to continue with uninstall anyway", click yes.
Then open the file in question with Window Media Player. If it doesn't go to it automatically, pick it from the list of programs that appear. After that it should be your default player.
In my opinion, Real Player is not very good.
