Well folks made a trip to a local music store today carrying the frustration of my problems with this NP-30 on my shoulders.

Without going deep into it, I left a VERY happy man. There's an NP-30 now sitting in my setup as it was originally intended--(plugged in too

Regardless of my probs I had with MusiciansFriend my review still stands... The NP-30 freakin ROCKS!! It worked perfectly when midi'd up to my Roland synth. OHHHHHHH how good those keys feel on the NP-30........

Well worth every penny spent (second time around)

I wanted to mention that when I went into the store today, I tried 4 different sustain pedals. All of them worked if you turn off the keyboard, then plug in the new pedal, then turn the keyboard on agin. It doesn't matter if it was negative or positive polarity, the NP-30 changes the pedal to work perfectly.

And that's the way they ALL should work, George!

Keyboard manufacturers, are you listening...? Auto-Sense pedal polarity at startup... if a $300 keyboard can do it, they ALL ought to do it.
