Both are good boards. However they also have their strong and weak points.
-The Casio 3700 has really good sounds, and is nothing like the Casio's of the past. -It also allows you to do basic voice editing -Memory for user samples. -76 keys with smart media and disk storage. -Drawbar organs. -Decent speakers. -The Casio also has WAY more indepth DSP editing.
The EXR series don't allow voice editing, and to my understanding don't even allow you to edit tracks under the 16 track sequencer (bad in my opinion).
Even though the Casio only records 6 tracks you can at least do track editing (after the recording is finished).
Me, I'd take the Casio WK-3700.
