Just got my new Casio 8000 from George Kaye! After an initial scare (FedEx destroyed the box, BIG TIME!)my son unpacked it and set it up. There'a already a software upgrade to download, and I barely know how to turn it on!


George was right...the action feels more like it's semi-weighted, the pianos are outstanding, and the organs will blow you away.

Won't have time to work with it for a couple of weeks due to some tight deadlines for Home Depot projects, but, when I do, I'll let you know. Right now, for the price for a "beater", I LOVE IT!

I'm sure glad the contents in the box was fine. Your discription of the outside carton sounded like the word "fragile" meant nothing at all to those handling delivery. I'm so happy you are in agrement with me about the bang for the buck this keyboard offers. And I agree, those organs with leslie applied by using the modulation wheel is worth the price alone!
