Well, down here in Sunny Cozumel Mexico it was a little different..I don't know how many people we had here but the chef said we served 128 dinners...all had a great time but at one time there I thought I was in trouble...we generally get a good mix of tourist here and I try to do something for everyone, all was going well until a regular
ask me to sing Fiddler On the Roof....I started to hear some hisses from the crowd but I did it any way...well the folks liked it so much I ended up doing more show tunes
and after Man Of La Mancha and Phantom of the Opera they were giving standing ovations
what a supprise....I finished the night with standards and oldies...I finally got off stage at about 1:30...all in all, It Was A Very Good Year....I hope that everyone had as
much fun as I did...Health, Prosperity, Love
and MUSIC, MUSIC, MUSIC,

The Drummer and I have played the same hotel for a few years now. We do a deal and bring the wives & kids along (so thats a total party of 7), have the meal with the rest of the guests, play the night (approx 9 to 1 am) (with a disco) (and a piper at 12.30), sleep at the hotel and awake to a cooked breakfast, an hour or two in the pool, lunch and then off home again. Very civilised, and I don't have to do the washing up!

This year was one of the better ones; all the guests were ready to party so we had dancing all night. Makes it so much easier!
