That's a fine and interesting topic!

I'll start:

-Ketron SD1
-Yamaha CP2000 amplifier (last week with it)
-JBL TR125 Speakers (last week with it)
-Montarbo MT180A active monitor
-Behringer MX1604 mixer (last week with it)
-Shure Beta58 wireless and normal version
-TC Electronic M300
-a regular CD/MP3 player

I'll sell my PA and mixer next week and I'll get a pair of SXA360s and a Yamaha mixer. It will be so much lighter to transport!

and that's all!

Now I'm curious to see every other people lists.

Yes, Montarbo gear comes from the same country as the Ketron keyboards. Italy.

Yamaha psr 3000 and psr 2000
EMU Proteus 2000
Voiceworks vocal processor
shure beta 87a mic
2 Roland KC 300
1 Roland KC 500
Mackie mixer
2 Peavey subs with 18" speakers
Crest 900 watt stereo amp
DOD electronic crossover
Sonic maximizer
Galaxy hot spot powered monitor
Just sold my JBL M-Pro 2-15
Obviously I don't use this all at once unless I'm doing a band gig, which I don't want to do anymore. I'll probably use the Rolands because I can use 1 or 2 and if I need a sub I'll use the crossover and the KC 500

My gear is:

Ketron SD1 ( Italian made )
Korg PA 60 ( also Italian made )
Quik Lock M 92 stand ( dito )
Roland CPM 300 Active mixer 10 Chn Stereo
( 150 Watts X 2).
2 Yamaha S110HF Club (2 way 15' & tweeter)
Shure SM 58.
Barbetta SONA SE 41

In Mexico, Montarbo is popular and is considered High end brand, not just because of the price, but for its quality, is a great gear with features ahead of its time ( when I saw it over 10 years ago).....I like it.
Too bad nobody brings it to U.S.A
They make mixers, powered speakers, in all sizes to suit just about any need, from a Soloist, to a large band.

I'm not a pro but I play for a church and small group fellowships.

At the small group fellowship, I got recs from synthzone fellows here and I came up with:

-PSR 2000
-Behringer UB1202 Mixer
-Logitech Z-2200 amp speaker combo
-4 Nady mics + 1 no-name mics

This setup actually works really well. We can have a drummer (electronic) and two guitarists (one electric and one acoustic).

I'm not a pro either, but here's my list:

- Keyboards: Yamaha Tyros [Kurzweil KME-61 + Roland XP-30 (band)]
- PA(s): HK LUCAS Original / HK Lucas XT / Motion Sound KP 200S / Yamaha Tyros Sound System
- Mics: Shure Beta 58, Shure Beta 87, EV N/D 767, Fender
- Laptop or Portable CD/MP3 player
- Quiklok lights (several models)
_ Stands: K&M Baby Spider Pro / Ultimate Apex Plus / Quiklok Monolith / Quiklok X Stands
- Misc: Quiklok Seat, HK Lucas speaker stands, 2 mic stands (for the Lucas XT sat.), K&M drink holder
- A couple of small mixers (rarely brought to gigs): Behringer UB502, UB802, Alexis Multimix 6FX

Side Note: In Portugal, Montarbo is represented by the same company that distributes Ketron keyboards.

You guys work too hard!

Yamaha 9000 Pro
Motion Sound KP-100s (or KP-200s)
QuikLok M-91 stand

I have two of everything listed above. Also a pair of JBL EON10 G2's and matching subs if more power is needed. Same rig either solo or in band work but I mostly play solo. In my home studio I also have a Motif ES8.

If I happen to play a grand piano then I just take my Fujitsu P-2120 laptop with the Yamaha XG softsynth installed and the KP-100s.

Here's the gear me+my drummer haul around for most gigs. Are we stupid or what....

Vocals: 2 x AKG D3700

Compressor: AKG Autocom Pro
Mixer: Behringer 2642
Vocal FX: Zoom 1201
Graphic: KAM 2 x 15
Behringer 4700 Headphone amp

Active Crossover: Studiomaster C180 (@ 150hz)
Bass Amp AudioTech (British 600WPC)
HighEnd Amp Yamaha P2000 (450wpc?)

Bass Cabs: 2xPeavey 15" 4ohm Black Windows in homebuild ported cabs
Tops: 2x bose 802 mk II

Ensoniq SD1
midi'd to
Yamaha MU80
and also to
Yamaha PSR2000
which is itself midi'd to
Boss DS220

Korg BPX3 Bass Module with PK15 pedalboard.

Premier XPK (I think) Drumkit; 20" bass
Alesis DM5 drum module triggered via custom piezo sensors on the drumkit.
Also 3 off Pintek trigger cymbals.

The headphone amp drives 2 sets of Koss "the plug" in-ear headphones. (I'm OK with these but I think the drummer moves around too much and needs some professional units). We used to cart a Soundtech SP200 amp and 2 homebrew 10" Bass+Tweeter cabs for foldback!

Old gear I've sold on:

Kitbuild Electric Piano (the Practical Electronics Joanna, for those with long memories)
Yamaha PF10 piano
Casio CZ101 synth

And the stuff I've dont use but have still got...

Ensoniq ESQ1
Roland MT32
Simmons MDM2(?) 1U Rack Mixer
Trio ??? stereo hifi amp (300 WPC - honest)
Yamaha PSR630

I think my mate's got a Teac 6-4 recording mixer somewhere, not to mention the spare speaker cabs and drive units...

I'm sure I used to have a garage I could fit a car into....

Hmm...
1) Yamaha PSR 2100 keyboard
2) Studiomaster ER-11 Cordless Microphone (Looking for something better though)
3) Studiomaster powered mixer 400 DSP.(I use the integrated mixer amp in smaller venues)
4) IBM Thinkpad R40 laptop for MP3s.
5) Studiomaster 1600D power amplifier (these I mainly use for larger functions and venues).
6) Sennheiser EW-100 headset MIC. But these produce a lot of boom. I wanna get these changed as Im hardly using them.
7) Home-made PA Speakers with P Audio drivers. Horn tweeters and 15" Bass drivers. Power rating approx 350W RMS each.
8) Sound Forge 7 for recording at home.
9) Also carry along my Tablas (Indian Drums). If some extra entertainment required.

I wanna finetune on the Sound end. Perhaps to add a sub or so but am going a bit slow at the moment. Mebbe some more enhancements and investments for Christmas. And yes, I will be launching my 3rd Christmas Album by november end titled "Sunny Christmas 3".

Cheers
Sunny

You know I don't play professionally so here's a list of my "hobby" gear....

-Generalmusic WK8 sitting on a used 2-tier, A-Frame stand
-Mackie 1202 VLZ
-Behringer Virtualizer Pro DSP 2024P (effects)
-Behringer Tube Ultrafex T1954 (dynamic enhancer)
-B-52 Matrix 1000 speaker system
-Mics: Shure 58Beta wireless, Audio Technica MB3000
-Digitech Vocal 300 vocal effects (for goofing around especially on Halloween!!)
-various "cheapy" mic stands

-My neighbor took some colored flood lights attached to some scrap lumber he had laying around, plus a strobe, plus a small disco ball, built a foot-switch control unit, and that whole contraption is mounted on the wall in the third stall of my garage. Once or twice a year we have the neighborhood garage party at my place. We also deck out the garage on Halloween night and I provide sound effects.

In case you are interested, here are pics of my typical setup in live solo gigs.

Luggage ready to go in the trunk
Ready to go - I parcially removed the trunk cover so you can see inside. No equipment is seen from the outside when the door is closed.
Everything set up

The five items: Tyros, Lucas XT, bag with spider stand, bag with mic stands, accessories bag [cables, pedals, CD player, music sheet, misc stuff]. Everything fits in the trunk of my small (=european ) car.

Right now I have three setups. One is more or less permanently at the motel.
Yamaha Tyros (all three setups)
Laptop for lyrics, etc (all three setups)
Metal Keyboard stand and converted music stand for laptop.
Two Barbetta Sona 31Cs (Actually belong to Hank The Lurker)
Cheapo Nady cordless mic for guests
Behringer corded mics for guests that can sing well.
Choice of Samson R11 mic and Sennheiser E855 for me
Custom-made rack with Behringer 1222 FXPro mixer, Digitech Vocal Harmonizer, Peavey digital power amp (not being used, but it's there)
Mic stands and US speaker stands
Office Depot adjustable swivel draftsman stool.

Setup #2, currently being used on Tuesday and Wednesday at supper club:
Tyros, laptop.
A-frame two-tiered stand, with add-ons to hold lamp, laptop, speakers, mic boom, recorder and mixer.
Logitech Z2200 powered speakrs.
Toa single-rack-space mixer, if needed.
Roc-sak adjustable drummer's throne with back.

Setup #3, for big jobs:
Sona Barbetta 32Cs instead of Logitechs.
Sam's Club Dolly, doubles as a speaker stand.

Also, Creative Labs Jukebox 3 with 30-gig harddrive for on-the-job stereo digital recording.
I record either directly from the Tyros headphone outs, from the Behringer mixer, or from the Toa mixer.

Additional stuff:
Fostec 8-track digital recorder with HD and CD burner. Haven't had time to use it yet.
Set of Tyros speakers
Set of Yamaha MS50 speakers
Extra set of Logitech Z2200 speakers
Peavey Deltafex Twin dual-effects processor
Mics: Shure SM87, Shure SM58, 3 Samson R11s
3 Behringers, AT cordless, various others.
Garage full of cables gadgets, bags, etc.

Yesterday I had all three systems in use during the day. I was able to do a Octoberfest from 4:30 to 6:00, drive 40 miles and start playing the supper club at 7:00, while not having to move anything from the motel except the keyboard. I used Hank The Lurker's PSR3000 at the Octoberfest, so the Tyros was already set up at the Supper Club.

How about my set up 40 years ago:
Small rooms:My electrified accordion with a Sano amp..

Medium rooms: My Electricfied accordion with a Sano amp..

Large rooms: My electricfied accordion with a Sano amp..

Things were so simplified then...

BTW, I still have my electricfied accordion and Sano amp..Talk about a return on your investment [Frank R.]..

Fran, you are a smart guy. There is something to be said for your setup or any other acoustic instrument setup and amplification. You see if everyone switched to Tuba there would be no need for understanding all the cumbersome midi/electronic/data stuff. You just blow into it and hope everyone can hear you and is happy about it. Oh my did I say that???

However, when you make to much money and the government does not know how to get it and divide it - that's where you need Robin Hood. This is where Fran and his friends need a good deal of help - don't you think???

My enema specialist says we all need coffee to wake us up in the morning. But why drink it?
