Hi, friends, today I have seen new Yamaha PSR1000 here in Spain.
First of all, it seems a nice, very nice keyboard. Sounds are beautiful and 12 w. are actually here; new screen is very nice and it seems easy to use, there is a lot of possibilities.
Only a reservation (it is my taste): a lot of styles, but... for my ears, they are:
- too much repetitive
- too much simple arrangements (a lot of drums, but few richness at all)
- very litle differente from each variation to another one.

But, if really you may use roland, technics and korg arrangements converted for this kb (an if they work well on it), my conclusion is: Great keyboard.

Finally, prices. Here in Spain, PSR1000 is 1.000$, PSR2000 is 1.450$, and PA-80 is 2.250$. So, PA80 is 50% more dollars thand PSR2000: I do not see sense to compare them.

Since you're in the same state, if they shipped yesterday, does this mean you get your units today?

If they shipped on Friday I would get them on Monday because UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday unless you pay a lot more money. If they shipped by truck, it would take the same amount of time. I'm hoping to see them the beginning of the week!
