Just testing the waters:
If I can get a used PA80 .... I'd part with the PSR3k, case, SD card and SMF library.
Maybe even a NEW PA50 ..... not sure about that yet..

I'm just spoiled by the key action of my new PA800, and I can't imagine EVER going back to a psr again. I don;t even want to play it at home.
Any ideas?

I would hold off on going as low grade as a PA50. The key action isn't any better than a psr3000. I should know-I own both.

Don't worry, Dave, there are plenty of people out there who recognize the great value and quality of the PSR-3000, so you shouldn't have trouble getting a good price for it...although, the new PSR-S900 may hinder you a bit.

Good luck,

Ian

That's always an option, but I'd like to keep it in the "family" first ! This is not a priority for me .... I don't care if it just sits for a while. Something will come up, I'm sure !

That's no way to talk about a man's brand new PA-800....show some respect for your elders.

Can't imagine you giving up a this charming piece of keyboard history...you could use this on gigs when the big old Roland and Mediastation just won't do...LOOK even the keys are numbered...and those bright colors would keep you occupied for minutes.

Delightful.

A child comes home from his first day at school.

His Mother asks, "Well, what did you learn today?"

The kid replies, "Not enough. They want me to come back tomorrow."
