More KN7000 info............

Today I have received an email, please read it ! Best wishes, Jeff / The Netherlands :
............................................
I work at a musical instrument store in Melbourne Aust. We got our first 7000's in to sell this week.

Kenneth has asked about the music rest... it's much the same as on the 6500 where it stands up well above the height of the display.

I have hooked it up to the PC through the USB. The setup software is very basic and the apps very simple but it all works well.

The vocoder is a little bit lacking on it.. still the same as the 6000 and 6500. It doesn't have all the preset harmonys like the Yamaha's have but just as usable for semi-pro work, I have found that the best way to use it is with sequenced data. Program a track with the notation for the harmony track and just drop the volume so no sounds play. Then set the harmoniser to follow this track.

Cheers

There's a place in New Jersy where they have the KN7000 in the store. You can try it out but you may have to wait a couple of weeks to buy, he's already allocated his inventory.

Royal Music in Toms River.

Yes, I know the store very well. Jeff Mazza will take good care of you there. I'm sure he'll have the KN7000 soon enough, and will demonstrate it for you also. I would recommend you go to Royal Music for all your Technics products for sure if your in the Toms River New Jersey area.
