I hope Liontracs will do better in responding to their customers and treat them with respect. Hey, everyone learns from their mistakes.

No matter what, customers must be respected IMO. I learned from my past mistakes and behaved similarly to Domenik but I think I am improving and learnt from my mistakes. The mistakes are compounded in this internet age since everything is transparent nowadays.
