Hi Gunnar,
My concern about upgrading to a new chip right away is what if they come out with a subsequent os update (a month or 2 later) which might include some of the other features we've been hoping for (intro/ending type saved to reg memory and/or vocalizer speedy mouse/karaoke girl fixes). That would mean (if indeed the PSR2000 no longer supports flashROM OS upgrades) taking the keyboard to a repair shop (and leaving it there) for yet ANOTHER chip upgrade - Scott

The PSR 2000 Main Program version 1.10 does store the Vocal Harmony selected type at Registration memory.

It doesn't store the Mic settings. However the Mic settings work as a switch. You choose the prefered ones settings
for Mic and after you switch Off the keyboard, it maintain the chosen parameters when you switch On the keyboard.

In the specifications, storing in the Registration memory the Intro/Ending it's not included. So, I guess we have to
live with this fact.

We could not hear until now from users with version 1.20 about what this version incorporates or correct.

Scott,
don't they fix this as you wait in the store?
Now I understand how lucky we are, drive in,
open up the keyboard, swap chips, and home we
go
Well, not after the KN5000, now it's flashing
