Ok, here's my very first Tyros2 keyboard w/ vocals recording. I played this live in auto-accomp arranger mode. Ok I know I know, no excuses, but because I'm still recovering from a cold, apologize for my vocals sounding in not very good form, but because I was so anxious to finally try out recording with the Tyros2's vocal harmonizer, and the new mic I just purchased yesterday ( Sennheiser e935 ), here's my rendition of the Eddy Arnold classic: "You Don't Know Me" (6.3MB MP3): PLAY

Scott, nice job as usual on "You Don't Know Me"
It's another one of my favorite tunes. First time I heard this tune it was done as a duo by BB King and Diane Schurr ever since it's been a favorite. You certainly do justice to it.

P.S. I got an MPP on the way, the Mrs. tells me I have to wait until December 25th for it I'm sure I'll be talking to you at that time working on that project you have in progress.

Exceptional. I love the song anyway (ever since I was an angst teen listening to Elvis sing this through my headphones in my bedroom!)

Great job, Scott! You pulled all the stops out on this one. So many things to list what I liked...crystal clear vocals (I'd say that mic was a good choice), the nice subtle touch of the harmonizor (not over done), the organ sounds (of course), and you can clearly hear that the drums have improved (Yamaha was listening).

But the best part for me had to be your presentation. You sold it and I'm buying it!
