It has been my experience that you cannot copy the sounds from the flash card to the hard drive. You can save from the hard drive to the flash card, but i don't think you can go the other way. I used to try this with the arabic card Ketron sells for the X1, but couldn't do it. Finally, when Ketron came out with the X1oriental, the sounds were saved in the hard drive and then loaded into ram each time you turned on the keyboard so I was able to copy these to disks and load them into other X1's that people wanted to turn into oriental versions. No luck though taking the sounds off the Flash Rom card.
