I've got 2 St. Paddy's gigs. I'm doing the same kind of songs you mentioned. While it's not my favorite holiday to play for, the money's as green as the beer. Erin go Brah baby!

One on Sunday and one on Monday. Tunred down another on Monday, mainly because I couldn't at two places at the same time, and the other one didn't want to change their party's time.

Just another day in Paradise,

Gary

Playing Saturday in a St Patrick Day parade, believe it or not. Sure hope it's warm.

And, working one more Country Club St. Patrick gig.

Playin one right after the day job on Monday evening could have had a 2nd one too, but had to turn it down. Couldn't get the day off after being on sick leave for 5 weeks.

No, Tony, I'm playing a Kydd portable upright with a Pignose battery operated bass amplifier. Holds a charge for about 4 hours in warm weather and puts out about 30 watts. Part of a Jazz organization float.
