Hello out there!

I'm writing this post on behalf of a dear friend! We are wandering whether the external signal inputs on the Roland SH5 allow you to run audio through the entire synthesis engine and not just the filters??

Any further information regarding this synthesizer would be much appreciated in advance!!!! Cheers.

The external audio inputs go into the filter and envelope generators . The oscillators are not a part of that chain . Actually there is no synthesis engine becuase the SH-5 has no microprocessors . The entire system is a hard wired voltage controlled system . The control voltage and gate can be used with the ROLAND 104 analogue sequencer , infact it can be used with any ROLAND or ARP synthesizer with control voltage and gate .
