Fine job, Joe. Very smooth...

Unless you are an addict of the Chord Sequencer, I think you are ready for the G70. Everything that is good about that G1000, to the tenth power! The bossas are to die for, the piano sounds REAL, the drums and acoustic basses are streets ahead, and an OS that you are pretty familiar with...

I loved my G1000 for nearly ten years, but listening to it now, it sounds so much more brittle compared to the warmth of the G70. They can be bought at roughly the $2000 mark now, so the pain isn't nearly as bad as when I payed $3500 for mine nearly three years ago...

BTW, was the track mono? I didn't hear as much 'spread' on the sound as I recall from my G1000 days... But these are just little niggles (you all know me!), and this is definitely one of the finest things posted here for quite a while...

Kudos!

A keeper to enjoy for many times to come.

Loved the clear diction and vocal tone as well as the playing.

Thanks guys. I feel really blessed to still be able to do what I love and what I've done most of my life. Thanks for listening.

Joe,
I was able to listen to your song only yesterday evening.
First of all, let me congratulate your for your singing and also for your piano comping/soloing. Your voice reminded me of many singers of the italian-neapolitan melodic tradition and, like them, you tend to apply a lot of vibrato to your singing, and this gives to your song a distinctive mark (I am right now thinking of Michael Buble, who obviously was a starting point for you, and also of Harry Connick jr., whose rendition of this song I was listening this morning in my car, driving to my work-place).

Dear Joe, it's always a pleasure to listen to your songs, so please don't stop posting them!

Andrea
