H,
I live in the southern Caribbean where tropical temperatures are the norm, causing the resin Roland used to glue the key weights in place on my D50 and D70 to soften and leak out. This results in a very messy sticky condition inside the boards rendering them basically useless. I already swapped the entire keyboard unit on the D70 once but am unable to locate a replacement this time (which, by the way, would have stayed ok for maybe just another year). I tried cleaning up the stuff, but nothing seems to dissolve it. Does anyone have a clue on how to clean this up.
Any help is highly appreciated as I seem to be one of the few who really likes the D70 and would hate to have to dump it.
