I'm putting up my brand new, never used Kurzweil SP2 FOR SALE.
I bought it about a month ago, having big plans for it. The plans fell through big time and I have yet to take it out of the case except to unpack it and try out the sounds once.
My loss is your gain. See it on eBay NOW!

There is really nothing to dislike. It's a really nice stage piano; the keyfeel is excellent and the piano sounds are second to none. The weight is very acceptable; I could go on and on. I bought it thinking I would team it with my XK-1, but in afterthought the e60 is a better companion board for me. So for now the e60 wins again. As I get more and more used to it, it becomes harder to part with the e60. Maybe a bargain G70 would move me, but otherwise...

So the SP2 will go, as I have no need or room for a third keyboard. At this rate, I may not even need the E60 or XK-1 - except for fun. I'm not playing anywhere except in church and I have more than enough keys there. I can't seem to generate the needed juices to restart my commercial ventures, so I will lay low for a while and see what happens.

Since joining the SZ I've bought and sold way too many keyboards; it's time to slow down.

Cass I can identify with buying way too many keyboards. There's something contagious about the excitement generated here at SZ with keyboards. Maybe I should have just kept my PSR3000, just kidding about keeping the PSR300, I would have missed all the fun I've been having.

My Name is Lee... I am a tech-aholic... I need to play more music and do less tech fiddling...

But all bets are off when the T3 comes alive!

If I can act as a sponsor for anyone's recovery, feel free to contact me

A new arranger (if it's the RIGHT arranger!) every ten years sounds about right...

All this incremental (or should we say ex-cremental! ) baby steps so-called improvement from one model to the next hardly seems worth the bother, IMO.
