i say you did good not selling it!
Adi, you are right...I looked for months to find another E-60..new or like new..after I sold my first one....I lucked out finding another 3 month old unit...
If the E-60 was the only keyboard I owned..I would not even have entertained the idea of selling it....Keep in mind I do compare the E-60 side by side to my G70..Often,,with the exception of a couple drum kits on the E-60....it can not run with the G70......As a stand by and a second board..it is a win/win for me..
But compare it to all the other arrangers I recently owned and played...The E-60 reigns over them..easily...
Fran said... The E-60 is 7 pounds more with a touch screen and speakers..
The lyric read and make up tools..makes the E-60 much..much more desirable..
And the one feature that I keep going back to the E-60..the drum kits are simply the best...
After I played the Stage...it made me more reluctant to sell the E-60..
Fran, I'm happy you didn't sell. The e60 is, as you know, a very under-rated arranger. I was happy to read you quick review of the Juno Stage 76, as I haven't had the opportunity to see or play one. It looks like an interesting machine, but you and I need to compare it to the e60. There aren't too many others out there that have that problem, so maybe the Stage 76 would be a good board for them.

Maybe THEY need to compare it to the E60 before they make a purchase, too...
A 76 arranger at little above the weight of an S900, and a lot of the G70's strengths, to boot. If my back ever goes out on me, you can bet that's what I'm getting while I convalesce

Yeah Cassp, I'm glad you are feeling well enough to jump in here again. BTW I'm still trying to get "The Weight" worked out. It's one of those songs I always liked and should have worked out years ago. Your version INSPIRED me my friend. Fran, I like the drums on my E50 too. Not quite as good as Ketron, but very good. DNJ tells me they sound like someone banging on cans in the garage but I think he's just jealous or has better ears than I do. DonM
