Ah, not sure but good question. I will find out though. I'm gonna get the Latin version.
After comparing the style types and patches/sounds I've figured out a few things. I've only compared the E version and the L version but I'd imagine the other 2 types follow the design pattern. I broke it down so I could understand what the differences actually are. Hopefully it helps others.

Both the E and L share the exact same style types for 1 thru 130 (Pop Rock,Dance, Jazz/Latin,Traditional). From 131 to 196 is where the style types are specific to the model type.
E= 131 thru 196 World Euro
L= 131 thru 180 World Latin
L= 181 thru 196 World Brazil
