The first thing to do is to perform a master reset. This is done by holding down he Manual and Voice2 buttons for 3 seconds while plugging in the power cord. The Harmony will boot normally after the memory is initialized.
Also, did you set the midi channel correctly for the new keyboard--this is important. This is done by holding down the A/B and On buttons until the lights begin flashing, then play a "C" chord on the keyboard. Then press the On button a couple times until the lights stop flashing.
The program Change Receive On/Off should be turned off, which is done via the Tone button. When the tone button is lit the Harmony M can receive program changes from the keyboard.
