That's cool...lots of people use them that way.

Cool?? Why use an Arranger keyboard to playback midifiles????
Much cheeper and a lot easier to carry around: Laptop loaded with some software,
i.e. VanBasco and a soundmodule like Ketron SD2.

Just wondering

My apologies, I should not have stooped to this level. I won't again.

Ian again dont assume you'll lose every time... I mix it up to whatever the gig calls for & I play many types of gigs .....play live styles all night, smf, or sing to tracks, Dj somtimes too so what......each gig is different, I "NEVER" play anything else but Live styles at all my NH gigs either for that matter...if your just one ring circus that fine, I choose to be a 3 ring greatest show on earth act. If you doubt my talents I invite you to NJ & we'll have a arranger live style throw-down anytime ok? Ian we will pay for your flight here ..but you will have to pay for your return trip...including the tail between your legs........
Have fun in your Yamaha dreamworld, Im out of Piss for today with you.....
I have music business to attend to.....l8tr

Only by YOUR standards. Others would beg to differ.

Not likely to go to NJ, but you could send me an MP3 AND a MIDI file of you playing the arranger in style mode...a couple of tunes would be great.

That's if you're not too busy.

Of course they do...but, my standards are VERY high, and Yamaha meets them admirably...that's why I play one.

Well, fair enough, I heard one or two who manage to do a mix reasonable good and lively, but
seen far to many that stand pretend playing and act like they're the King of Entertainers!
Everyone can playback midi or mp3 files, a few even manage to sing along. Then I call it Karaoke,
sometimes it can be funny as well, for a little while.

Happy Playing.
