That's what keeps people coming back (or sticking with) Yamaha keyboard products in my opinion.

Yamaha's customer support on the products they sell is top notch, thanks in large part to people like Steve Deming of Yamaha U.S. who make it their goal to help Yamaha product owners out in every conceivable way possible. And to do it with a smile no less.

Bravo Yamaha!

All the best,
Mike

Thanks Steve,
Appreciate the DVD very much and am sure I will learn much from it. I forgot to include my address in the form, so filled out a duplicate with the address included. Hope that is ok.

Happy holidays...Bruce

If only Yamaha made the product I need (a T3 with a great 76 and a fast loading sampler) I too would keep coming back with that level of customer service

Sadly, customer service begins with making the products a lot of potential customers WANT...
